<title>Motivating All Ages and All Subjects</title>
<description>Motivation comes in eliminating the word TRY from one’s vocabulary. The true definition of the word try is “to fail honorably.” Why try when you can do? Seriously. Life is about how you show up in every moment. So showing up is the first part, once you do everything else is simple…keep showing up here on this site and motivation will become a part of your genetic DNA.

		<title>Ready. Fire. Aim.</title>
<description>It used to be that we spent time getting Ready, then Aiming to make sure we were on target, all before we Fired. Well, here is a new way to look at anything you do in life – including living each day. Get yourself Ready (and rather quickly so that you don’t get caught in that “try trap” mentioned earlier) and then Fire. Firing requires Action and action is what life is all about. You then spend your life constantly Aiming at exactly what you desire.

		<title>Inspiring People To Be More</title>
<description>Imagine a world where we enjoyed our children, our teens and even adults to do what they love in life. Imagine if we stopped simply encouraging our children to get good grades so they can advance to the next grade to college to a good, secure job. What if we instilled in our young a desire to be present in the moment, to learn for the joy of it and to embrace life right now instead of as a means to an end. It’s time we all start being more, having more and giving more in life.

		<title>Education Equals Success</title>
<description>Readers are leaders. This is a saying that’s been repeated for generations, primarily through royal or ruling families. At one time, education was reserved for the privileged or the clergy. Books were only found in the homes of the upper class or the church. And yet now, books are available freely to purchase, to checkout, to download and to share. Those who read – lead. If you believe yourself a leader, start with our recommended reading list today.

		<title>Need Help to Earn a 7 Figure Income?</title>
<description>Have you heard about Dr. Harlan Kilstein's Tactic 7 [1] program?  I would be surprised if you haven't!  Harlan is a world class copywriter and marketing consultant extraordinaire. He’s also known as the NLP Jedi in the copywriting world and has worked with some of the biggest names out there. Such as James Author Ray, who’s helping to inspire and motivate people on amazing levels. He has been very successful at launching 7 figure businesses for himself, and for others.

How you may ask?

By identifying 7 key steps in marketing a product, he demonstrates that anyone can achieve a 7 figure success. I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Harlan Kilstein through another amazing individual, Maria Andros. Maria hosted a call with Harlan where I learned amazing secrets in just an hour of listening to his hysterical man rant, tell stories and share his NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) secrets.

I immediately followed him on Twitter that night and within a week enrolled in Tactic 7, which I later discovered was the pre-launch! I have no idea what Tactic 7 was at first, yet I knew I would learn an amazing amount in record time. And I did. I can honestly say, the training in Tactic 7 was inspiring.

Using Tactic 7, I successfully launched 3 related products in just 3 weeks.  And, I earned my first dollar and then some online! Alex Mandossian always says your first dollar is the hardest, and it’s true. Through Harlan’s guidance and coaching, I was able to research and find a niche, write scripts, film five videos, and launch my first product online without a mailing list!

Well now, I'd like to share this knowledge with you.  If you would like to take Harlan's Tactic 7 course, sign up and I will give you an additional three 30-minutes free coaching sessions with me. That’s right -- 90 minutes of one on one time with a graduate of Tactic 7!

We’ll cover how I used Tactic 7 in such a way to catapult me from dreaming and planning, to immediate action.  I’ll give you insight to fast track your success with Tactic 7. I understand that programs often miss those needed details of how something works. Tactic 7 is complete from A to Z and with personal coaching from someone who’s a Tactic 7 graduate, you will be that much closer to realizing your dreams.

I discovered in working through Tactic 7, with Dr. Harlan Kilstein, was a huge benefit that truly enabled me to take Quantum Leaps in a very short time. I want to share my transformational Tactic 7 experience with you today!

Give it a try!  You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.  If you try the Tactic 7 program for and find that it's not for you, simply contact Harlan for a refund.  But, you don't have much time. <title>What Tony Robbins Taught Me in his Latest 30 Minute Video</title>
		<description>

I came across this video of Tony Robbins [1]. You may remember him as the a self-help guru and international speaker. I  remember being introduced to Tony Robbins in the ‘90s when I came cross his audio series: Personal Power. An awesome series that helped me grow into the teacher I am today.

Well in this video, Robbins, along with two top online marketers and businessmen, Frank Kern and John Reese, teachers in their own right, talk about what separates the Do-ers from the Do-Nadas.

Have you run across those people? The Do-Nadas? I know I have. They might take a big game but at the end of the day they are all talk and little to no action. I started to see this same Do-Nada pattern in some of my students and have been on a mission to discover how to bring them into the Do-ers way of being.

Running across this video gave me an amazing bit of insight. Four words. That’s all that separates a Do-er from a Do-Nada. They are Potential, Actions, Results and Beliefs.

Very simply, we are defined by our own pre-set Potential as an A student or a C student or a powerful leader or as a never-has-enough individual. That Potential drives our Actions. And in some a lack of Action! These Actions, we take or don’t take, produce Results. For those who don’t take Action, those Results become a story. These Results, or story, reinforce our Beliefs about ourselves, which in turn affects our Potential.

Like most things in life, these four words create a circle that feeds upon itself. I plan to write more on this topic, inspired by the video by the legendary, Tony Robbins [2], who’s helped so many Do-Nadas become Do-ers.

Isn’t it time you feed yourself a dose of positivity and became a Do-er in your life?

		<title>Reward of Living From One’s Purpose</title>

Right now you've read about the teenager who borrowed money from her father under two conditions: to help others and to have fun. You've read about how she didn't know what to do to fulfill those two requirements at the same time. You've also read about how she waited knowing somehow the answer would come to her. And it did.

She created stars for the hospital Christmas tree with the mission in mind to make the patients, families and children feel happiness when they looked at them.

One day a husband and wife came in to visit a family member during the holiday. They saw the tree and remarked on the beauty of the stars. The husband saw how taken his wife was by them and asked a hospital staff member where he could purchase those stars.

And that was the beginning of living from purpose for this one teenager. You see when one person asked after her stars, so did another and another and another. And soon she had a back-order to fill of stars. Soon she borrowed more funds from her father and created a website based on her stars. A website that turned into a home-based business selling her stars.

She never set out with the intention to make money from her stars but instead to do something that made her happy and made others happy. From that place, from living from a place a truth, of purpose, all things became possible. Including funds in which to pay back to original loan of several hundred dollars her father gave her.

What I like to take away from this story is -- the answer for this girl was there the whole time. She put aside her funds and went about her life knowing the answer to her father's two questions would present itself - and it did. At the hospital.

So the question becomes-- Are you allowing yourself time and quiet to hear what your purpose is in life?

Your purpose is simply what makes you both happy and fulfills you while giving back to others, to the community, to the world.

You have a gift. A very special gift to give to others -- and that is your purpose. Find
that gift and you shall find your purpose. Find your purpose and the world will be a better place because of you and your gifts.

One young girl wanted to see other children smile... she created stars to make them shine and in doing this for others she was able to shine!

You too shine. Find your shine and you find your purpose.

My purpose is inspiring, motivating and educating others so that they shine! What's yours?

If you are looking to find and fulfill your purpose you can schedule a free 15-minute consult at any time! Check Out the Awaken From Within Coaching [3]Opportunities.

		<title>How Does One Find One’s Life Purpose?…The Story Continues</title>
		<description>Part 2 of a 3 part series.  To read part 1, go to www.universityofpossibilities.com/howdoesonefindone'spurpose [1]

Remember this teenage girl borrowed a few hundred dollars from her father under two conditions.

First, she had to spend it to help others and second, she had to spend it doing something she loved and/or that made her happy.

One day she was at the local hospital with her mother--her mother helped out at the hospital by talking with families, taking those without families outside for air, reading to children. The mother had been taking her daughter for years to instill in her a life lesson of service to others.

The daughter loved helping at the hospital and enjoyed playing with the children who were sick. It was at the hospital she realized how she could have fun and help people.

See she loved making things. Her mother had taught her to sew and while not the best, she knew how to do a few stitches and use the sewing machine.

She also loved to see people smile. At the hospital there were many opportunities to make people smile. And a lot of smiles were needed. So, she asked her mom to take her shopping and for this special trip to the fabric and arts/craft store she took out the money her father had given her.

This teenage girl spent time making stars. Yes, stars. She sewed and sewed and created shining stars what she intended would bring smiles to people's faces and hearts.

She didn't worry about the work involved in sewing. She didn't dread the work.

She happily worked at her stars off and on yet didn't really talk about them with many. She simply smiled when her father asked how her project was coming to help others while doing what made her happy.

She was happy. What a great lesson. And the day came when she hung her dozens and dozens and dozens of stars. And fulfilled the second half of her father's requirements.

She was blessed. She had a family and a home. She was healthy and happy. She was able to visit the hospital and yet there were others--children her age still in the hospital during holidays.

And it happened to be a holiday. And when the hospital put up their lobby Christmas tree she asked if she could decorate it with her stars.

They accepted her offer and she hung them for all to see and enjoy. Colorful and glowing, her stars made people smile. Her stars shone over the packages of gifts others brought to give to those children who had no gifts for the season.

Her stars shone bright and her father was proud. But more importantly she was proud
of herself. She had created something. She'd made something that had made her happy because she knew it would make others happy.

Powerful intention there. And what a lesson to learn before even able to drive a car. This teenager found her purpose in life... and at a very young age that's to two very simple requirement given to her by her father.

1. Do What You Love
2. Help Others by Giving Back

Isn't that a message to take to heart in your own life?

		<title>How Does One Find One&#8217;s Life Purpose?</title>
		<description>Part 1 of a 3 part series

I was recently asked a great question!

How does one find one's purpose?

I loved that the courage to ask was there and that the person asking was in a place open to hearing the answer. The answer I could provide.

Everyone's definition of their purpose might be slightly different. So all I can share with you is how I see it; how I coach people to find theirs; and how I guide individuals to follow their purpose in life.

A purpose in life is simply your passion. What makes you happy? What makes you glow? If you are happy and you glow the rest will come in life. If you live life from Within - your purpose - then this is your truth. This is your heart and your heart will not steer you wrong. In fact, when you live from your purpose everything simply falls into place.
When you live from your purpose you no longer are concerned with the "how-tos" in life because amazingly life works. Life falls into place. From relationships to finances to goals to dreams to health to... you name it.

There is a story I love about a young teenage girl who asked her father if she could borrow money from him to do something over the summer.

He asked what she wanted to money for.

She really didn't know. She simply knew that everything required money.

He said you may borrow the money if you promise to use it to do something with it under two conditions

1. help others and
2. do what you love or that makes you happy

His daughter readily agreed and he loaned her a few hundred dollars. She sat with the money for a few days, wondering what she could do that was both of help to others and was something she loved. She loved parks and games but knew that didn't help others--so she left the money in her jewelery box and did not spend a dime...

(Want to read the rest of this story? I'll share more in tomorrow's post!)

<title>How to Prepare Your Child for Academic Success</title>
<description>I admit it - I was one of those strange children who would countdown the days until the end of the school year, and then start over and count the days until school started again. I was always excited for school to begin, but I don't ever remember it happening so fast. It seems like there is less time to go shopping for clothes, supplies and that new haircut before the new school year begins!

As parents, we prepare our children with the basic tools necessary for that first day of school , but what do we do to prepare their minds? Preparing your child for academic success is a wonderful thing. By engaging them to use their critical thinking skills, you are providing them with a foundation for excellence. That foundation is fundamental to their self-esteem, which is a key ingredient of academic success.

As the summer winds down, I encourage you to start preparing your child to go back to school. Here are some things you can do now to get them ready:

1. Enroll your child in a pre-school tutor or enrichment program for a few hours a week.
2. Visit our website at www.universityofpossibilities.com [1] for informative articles, tips, techniques, eBooks and customized tutoring sessions.
3. Attend my FREE Teleseminar:Back-To-School-Review! Join us on Tuesday, August 18th at 8pm EST/5pm PDT for tips on how to prepare your child for academic success, and ask any questions you may have. Sign up now, space is limited! Sign up now! [2]
